入住體驗極差，服務態度惡劣到令人心寒
這輩子住過最差的酒店沒有之一，服務人員的態度簡直刷新認知下限。入住時問前台要兩瓶飲用水，全程被甩臉子，語氣不耐煩到像是欠了他們錢，難道提供基礎客房用品不是酒店該做的嗎？
更過分的是早餐環節，孩子衹是正常拿麪包，工作人員就當眾大聲指責，語氣刻薄。我們帶着孩子出門本就希望輕鬆些，卻平白無故被訓斥，這根本不是正常提醒，完全是帶着惡意的刁難！這種不分青紅皂白的指責，對孩子和家長都是極大的人身冒犯，心裏的委屈和不適到現在都無法平復。
真心勸大家避雷，這樣毫無服務意識、連基本尊重都做不到的酒店，誰來誰受氣！

房間寬敞，乾淨，設計合理。停車方便，早餐豐富，因到的晚，直接在酒店四樓吃的牛肉火鍋，沒想到份量超級大，我們四個人 吃兩盤肉都撐撐的，味道也很好

酒店沒有停車場，下着大雨保安説去地下吧，到了地下沒有酒店的電梯，打電話諮詢，告訴我他們沒有地下停車場，我又開出來，找不到停車位置，拿着行李去前台辦理入住，她説你們趕緊把車先開走好嗎？我説辦理入住應該很快吧，下着大雨我往哪裡停？反正態度很差，出門借雨傘也説沒有，早飯説有個孩子不讓進去吃，去前台補了一張早餐券，挺無語的

現在已經是一次性浴巾了，感覺不是很好用，房間倒是挺大的，在張掖應該也算是不錯的酒店了吧，也沒有其他更好的選擇了
