A few issues:
1. When booking through Ctrip, the room amenities indicated a standard room with a bathtub. Upon arrival, we went to Building 1, but the front desk told us our room was in Building 2. We rushed to Building 2 and checked in directly. I parked my car, and when I returned, I discovered there was no bathtub. I called Ctrip, and customer service confirmed that Building 1 had a bathtub, but Building 2 did not. This was clearly misleading.
2. We were initially assigned rooms 442 and 440. The toilet in Room 442 had urine stains. We later moved to another room. The quilt in Room 440 was so damp it was soaking wet. It was unusable.
