對張掖這個城市的好感90%來自潤湖假日酒店，酒店所有的服務人員，都真真正正做到了給人賓至如歸的感覺！從進入大堂開始就幫忙拉行李，並把我送到房間，每天都會按時送水果小吃，晚上還有熱牛奶，硬件設施細節非常到位，小到一塊工藝香皂，洗漱用品，頸椎枕，並提供了枕套，大到加濕器，居然還有泡腳服務，一天下來玩累了，泡泡腳真的很舒服！最後走的時候還是幫忙把行李搬到車上，希望下次還會來這個城市！

非常滿意的一次住宿，房間很乾凈，服務態度也很好，到了房間還有介紹房間設備，耍完累癱了回到酒店可以泡個腳的含金量。早餐非常豐富，味道也很好，還有很多當地特色，到了張掖強烈推薦住他們酒店！

從服務、衞生到細節基本無可挑剔。服務上，工作人員熱情，辦入住時提供熱毛巾、特色杏皮茶。房間還配備泡腳桶。衞生方面，儘管開業久，酒店及房間仍整潔大氣、乾淨寬敞。設施新且完善，用具消毒包裝到位，細節遠超預期。
