環境特別好，很乾凈，阿姨打掃的很認真，周邊吃的也很多，裝修是比較輕奢的，適合小年輕。服務態度也很好，髮箍掉走廊了，幫我們撿回來保管好，好評

一個字臟，倆字很臟，三字非常臟。
説是洗過了，洗過了是臟的還用？讓前台換前台一直強調洗過的。其他的我一句沒聽懂。
前台是一位上年紀的長者，不會説普通話，溝通困難。浴室噴頭壞的，忘拍了。浴室很多洞，其餘的我不説了

這次入住酒店真的超滿意！房間打掃得一塵不染，衞生間也沒有任何異味，潔癖黨表示極度舒適，看得出來在衞生方面下了大功夫。房間空間寬敞，佈局合理，完全沒有一般酒店的侷促感，床鋪超級舒適，設施一應俱全。工作人員熱情有禮，總是能在第一時間滿足我的需求，住起來心情格外舒暢，給人一種賓至如歸的感覺，從入住到離開，每一個環節都非常棒，有啥不懂的就問，都能得到回覆。周邊美食超多，這家酒店非常值得推薦，下次還會毫不猶豫地選擇！希望再來張掖的時候，還住這裏。
