很少點評的我這次要重點點評一下：
親子出遊，之前定的酒店有點問題，臨時在攜程上找，因為是旺季，打了其他幾家電話都愛搭不理，直到問到希爾頓歡朋，前台耐心聽清我的需求，指導我怎麼備註，她看到訂單後就直接給加號床。
當天丹霞公園玩得晚，到酒店都晚上10點多了。辦理入住，前台特意説明，加的床已經弄好，您可以直接休息了。
細節決定成敗，非常滿意，下次還來住。謝謝！

非常好的一家酒店，乾淨衞生，前台服務非常好。距離西站特別近，下了車步行幾分鐘就可以到酒店。走的時候匆忙，手錶丟在了一個很難發現的角落。退房後發現手錶丟失了，前台小姐姐耐心的幫我找到手錶，並找我要地址，郵寄給我。非常好的酒店！！！以後還會再來

出行習慣住希爾頓歡朋酒店，性價比超高，服務超讚，從蘭州一路過來，張掖這家最棒，不僅提前給我打電話問候，還貼心的把房間內的單人沙發打開，準備好了床品被褥，經理更是熱情接待，走的時候還贈送了伴手禮，真的有賓至如歸的感覺。早餐也相當豐盛美味，廚師長更是親自出來查看客人們的食用情況，少的餐食及時補充，每一位客人都享受到自助餐的每一種餐品，這不是哪個酒店都能做到的，實屬難得！強烈推薦大家來張掖旅行一定要住希爾頓歡朋酒店，絕對住的舒心，開心，貼心。
