先説缺點:晚上睡覺時不時聽見下水道流水的聲音，早上六點窗户外面的工地就開始施工。以及進來需要爬一段樓梯，對於睡覺質量差以及提大箱子的人不友好。
優點:離火車站近，房間裝修相對乾淨

小環線走完，住了很多家，回過頭看，這家的民宿衞生真的是最差的，雖然一進門整體看真的挺舒服的，但是邊邊角角全是灰塵，而且衞生間特別小……不夠細緻

伊達是這次出行訂得最最滿意的民宿，裝修風格時尚簡約，兩層小公寓很是漂亮，床鋪寬敞，孩子很喜歡，衞生也打掃得很乾凈！密碼鎖，入住很方便！唯一一點不足是樓上不知哪裡有點漏水，一層雨棚滴答了一晚，看店家能不能找一下滴水原因，改善一下就更滿意啦！

#位置交通出張掖西站過馬路對面就到了，樓下交通很方便，挨着集散中心，公交，旅遊大巴都方便乘坐。吃飯美食一條街就500米左右。房間很新，衞生做的很好，床超大。很多小細節很貼心。投影大屏幕，電影免費看。還有一個喝茶的小榻榻米，小朋友太愛了，老闆專門送了小被子過來，圓了小朋友睡榻榻米的願望。樓下還可以免費寄存行李。有機會再來張掖再來住。
