垃圾酒店，早上退房還説怪我們把房間的門把手搞壞了，跟前台解釋不是我們的問題，就入住了一晚，前台非讓我們自己上樓跟保潔阿姨解釋？！這是什麼邏輯，一家酒店，同一個體系，都是同事為何非要客人去解釋這種問題。這個鍋甩的可真是…**。在説説房間晚上住的這邊剛好靠大馬路上，我住9樓，晚上大卡車過來過去，窗户一關仍然能聽的很清楚，很影響休息。出門玩就是主打一個體驗感，入住你們家的酒店讓我覺得體驗感很糟糕。

酒店內部本身的環境、設施還可以、服務還可以。房門打開就是向內開的窗户，有撞到頭的危險；房間超級小，床尾和牆壁間衹能過一個人，廁所轉不開身；衞生很一般，漱口杯裏、水龍頭都是水垢，沐浴露蓋子是打開的……
