They handled check-in quickly, offered hot tea, and provided maps with recommendations for nearby attractions. At night, I requested two extra towels, but I just called the housekeeper, who delivered them to my door in less than five minutes. Their gentle tone was incredibly warm, and every detail was filled with warmth. The room was even more amazing: spacious and bright, with a warm and stylish decor. The bedding was soft, and the mattress was just the right firmness. A day's fatigue melted away, and I slept soundly for two nights. Cleanliness was impeccable; the countertops and bathroom tiles were spotless. The bathroom even had a smart toilet and high-end toiletries, making it incredibly reassuring. The breakfast was incredibly varied, with a full table of Chinese and Western dishes.
