Hotel room was very nice and big! Just steps away to ski place. Great location if u want to do skiing. Some delicious restaurants and food trucks located very close by

Brilliant location in the heart of Thaiwoo. Walking distance to the slopes. Rooms are very spacious compared to the other hotels around. The breakfast spread is just ok. Will definitely come back.

We chose this hotel since we wanted to go on staycation and this isn't too far from Thaiwoo Ski Resort. We arrived at about 7pm in the hotel and the parking lot was full but some cars were parking beside the hotel's entrance so we just followed them and parked too. We thought it was alright since nobody told us not to. But the next day early in the morning they called us to move our car because it doesn't look good for their hotel and since we aren't morning people we were kinda pissed. They could have told us last night. Although; this thing happened to us, we still think the hotel is nice for staying. Great rooms.

It was our first time to come to Zhangjiakou, because this hotel made us like Zhangjiakou instantly. The hotel's service, sanitary conditions and hardware facilities are all first-class. The evening buffet and breakfast are very good. The price/performance ratio is too high. I will stay here again in the future!

The room is big enough, the bed is big enough, there are supermarkets downstairs, shopping and eating are super convenient, the service of the beautiful women who check in and check out is good, the breakfast is rich, the pancakes are good, especially delicious, the service of the restaurant waiter is also very good, will take the initiative to ask if you need help, both enthusiastic and measured, very good... Let's talk about the disadvantages. First of all, it was Friday night when we arrived at the hotel entrance. The ground parking spaces were full when we arrived at the hotel entrance. Not only full, but there was a bit of chaos. Then we were unfamiliar with the underground garage. The hotel is connected to the underground of Ginza Shopping Mall, and it is also very chaotic. There are all kinds of reverse driving and all kinds of random parking. This will really give travelers a bad experience. It's hard to find a parking space. I sincerely suggest that the underground garage management keep up. Another point is that the alarm clock at the bedside rang at 6 o'clock, and I was completely confused 😅. It's earlier than when I wake up on weekdays. I want to cry but I can't cry. It is recommended that the waiter help check the alarm clock after the previous check-out, after all, he doesn't know if it's a new guest 😌

First of all, the location of the hotel is very good, very close to the high-speed rail station, and the transportation is very convenient. Then the design and lighting of the room are very good, spacious and bright. It rained in the afternoon, and there are umbrellas in the hotel lobby that can be used for free, which I personally think is very considerate. When I checked out, I saw that the small cakes displayed in the hotel lobby were pretty good. I saw that the mooncake boxes sold were very exquisite, and I bought 2 boxes.

The room is clean and tidy, and the service is warm and thoughtful. The Cantonese breakfast is super good, with many varieties, authentic steamed chicken feet, steamed spare ribs, shrimp dumplings, and fish porridge are all great. Very good, I didn't experience bathing and swimming, the first choice when I came to Zhangjiakou.

Facilities: The hotel is relatively new, with a swimming pool and a children's playground. It is just a stone's throw away from the ski hall, very convenient Hygiene: Generally clean Environment: The public area is quite spacious, but the view from my room is average. I can only see the roof of the auxiliary building below, which is almost equivalent to no view. Service: The guys at the concierge were very enthusiastic and actively helped with my luggage. They also took the initiative to take me to the infirmary to borrow medicine. Breakfast: To be fair, it's pretty average. After two days of taking it, there is basically no change

The room is very nice and the duplex is suitable for a family with a big kid. The service is also good. Especially the service attitude of Su Su at the front desk was very good. During the National Day holiday, I came over at 3pm and the room was not ready yet, so I was given a rainbow slide as a gift. The downside is that the soundproofing of the room is not good, you can hear the conversation next door and the lights turning on and off clearly. Breakfast was so-so The nearby environment is good, but there is nothing. You have to drive out to eat and shop. It is 6 kilometers away by car from Jiming Mountain, which is very suitable for mountain climbing.

酒店兩大特點，一是美麗二是有品，美得隨手一拍就很出片，從大設計到小細節都能感受到十分有品味。 私湯的設計超喜歡，看似是室內的，其實推開湯房的房門就是自己的院落，就變成室外私湯了。 淋浴温度是電子控温的，淋浴方式是按鍵式的，很方便，但是我們房間下水有點問題，洗完快水漫金山了，不知道是不是衹有我們一個房間這樣，已經反饋了酒店，希望趕緊解決。 房間是地暖的，升温沒有那麼快，天氣冷了，建議跟客人聯繫確定到達時間後能早點打開地暖。 飯菜還是酒店吃方便，味道不錯，早餐尤其美味。 酒店會為客人專門組一個微信羣，有什麼問題能很快在羣裏給出回覆。
