Zhangjiakou Hotels with Wi-Fi

I stayed at a nice local hotel conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Fulong Snow Park. While my room was slightly dirty, it wasn't enough for me to raise a complaint; it felt as though the cleaner might have been in a hurry. I attempted to order room service, but unfortunately, no one answered the phone. Breakfast offered a mix of Chinese and Western dishes, but I found it lacking compared to other hotel breakfasts I've experienced. One downside was that there was no way to book tickets for the snow park directly through the hotel. Perhaps there was a method, but it wasn't available in English. At Fulong Snow Park, I encountered difficulties as the English-speaking window had no staff who could assist in English. It was quite challenging to navigate everything. Fortunately, I managed to find an English-speaking ski instructor named Alex, who I highly recommend. Although this is unrelated to the hotel, I felt it was worth mentioning!

Overall, I had a very good experience staying in the hotel this time. Facilities: There is a washing machine in the room that is a washer and dryer, which is very convenient for washing clothes. There is a kettle for boiling hot water and drinking tea bags and coffee, which are all free. There is also a small kitchen and a microwave for heating meals. Hygiene: The auntie cleans very cleanly. If you need to sleep on the sofa, the auntie will also help you make the sofa. Environment: You can see the ski slope from the balcony of the room. It is very convenient to take the elevator from the room to the first floor and go out to the ski slope. The room is next to the five ropes and you can take the cable car back to the room. Service: The hotel has a car to pick up and drop off. There are many types of breakfast. There is a small supermarket next to the front desk for check-in. The front desk employee Sun Yujiao is very enthusiastic and patiently explains the hotel facilities and surrounding environment.

Brilliant location in the heart of Thaiwoo. Walking distance to the slopes. Rooms are very spacious compared to the other hotels around. The breakfast spread is just ok. Will definitely come back.

This is the fourth year I have stayed at Zhangjiakou International Hotel. The hotel's facilities and services are excellent. This time I slept on the buckwheat pillow in the hotel room and I felt it was great. I even bought two to take home. During the stay, the staff decisively changed the room because of the noise problem on the floor. As long as the problem was raised, the staff would help solve it as soon as possible. It was great!

I chose this hotel because it has a sauna & hotspring although it was more expensive than the other hotels, i thought it was okay. Upon arriving at the hotel, sadly we need to pay another 128 RMB per person to use their facilities. I have been to lots of hotels where the use of the hot pool and sauna are already included when booking a room so this is something that shocked me. The hotel is clean but the sofa seems to have bugs. I just sit in their sofa and felt so itchy. Their bed and services are quite good. Location is perfect, near restaurants, convenience store and easy to reach. Breakfast has lots of options.

We placed the order after viewing the room on site. The room style is more like a home, with a refrigerator. Three people live separately inside and outside. Outside the window, the snow trail is unobstructed, and the beginner trail is right outside the slide...

It was my first time here. The North Wing Apartment was quite new. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the room faced the ski slopes and the scenery was beautiful. Wang Li, the assistant manager of the lobby, contacted me in advance and added WeChat. She was very enthusiastic and helpful. Thank you very much. Skiing was so convenient. The ski hall was right after getting off the elevator. You could get on the cable car directly after getting dressed.

❤️A very pleasant winter vacation in March this year. I booked the highly praised Crowne Plaza Cuiyun Mountain from Ctrip. This hotel is adjacent to Cuiyun Mountain Ski Resort, and they also have a ski + accommodation package. ❤️I called the front desk one day in advance. The beautiful receptionist at the front desk helped us check in very quickly, explained clearly how to go skiing the next morning, and helped me choose a room with a view of the ski resort. I extended my stay for another day. ❤️I found that the hotel lobby was magnificent, beautiful and warm. ❤️Surprise 1. Drive the car to the underground second-floor garage. It is very convenient to get to the accommodation floor by elevator. The hotel elevator and corridor are very clean. ❤️Surprise 2. When I entered the room, it was very warm, with warm wind blowing on my face (it was minus 4-5 degrees Celsius outside). The room had been arranged with three beds. Although a sofa-style mattress was added, it was a bit hard, but it was very warm and felt like home. (There was a humidifier in the room) ❤️Surprise 3. The room was very large, about 50 square meters, with a height of about 3 meters, a dry and wet separated bathroom + toilet, and it was very clean. It also had a large balcony, which faced the ski resort, with beautiful scenery! When I fell asleep at night, the hotel corridor was very quiet. ❤️Surprise 4. I went to have breakfast at 8:30 the next morning. The breakfast was very rich. I could enjoy the snow scenery outside while eating breakfast (haha, it snowed heavily that morning) ❤️Surprise 5. My son likes skiing very much and brought all kinds of equipment with him. After breakfast, he was facing the ski hall of Cuiyun Mountain Ski Resort. He walked out of the hall and went directly into the ski resort. It was convenient. There were ski equipment rentals in the hall, snack bars, KFC, Lanzhou ramen, etc. ❤️There is a gym on the tenth floor of the hotel. My son told me that you can enjoy the view while exercising. ❤️There are Chinese food + buffet on the first floor of the hotel, with various discount packages. You can choose according to your budget. ❤️The hotel is about 3 kilometers away from the commercial and dining street, and it takes 6-7 minutes to drive. There are wide roads, various shops for renting school supplies in the commercial street, and various barbecue and hot pot delicacies. There are also many ski resorts nearby, all of which are very close, but it is best to drive by yourself. ❤️A hotel that is highly recommended for staying. Choose this time period to ski. The price is affordable, there are not many people, and it is quiet. Good reviews!

The hotel is really clean and the services are up to par. My friend and I got executive lounge and it took forever for them to check up in because we were foreigners. When we were finally checked it. We decided to stay longer as we were impressed with the cleanliness and amenities of the space, but we were declined at the front desk with the excuse of my friend passport is with the immigration and she only had a visa sleep so they can’t allow us stay in their hotel longer. And they kept calling our room asking for our school’s name in chines, our home address. So many frustrating personal questions. But aside from that, they were really friendly and the place was nice, the breakfast was great as well
