The breakfast buffet was a highlight with many varied choices. This hotel boasts a prime location that makes exploring the Wulingyuan area effortless. It is just a short didi car ride away from East Entrance Gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and Baofeng Lake. It is also within walking distance to the Charming Xiangxi Show. A special shout-out to the amazing lady butler, peng peng 朋朋, who truly made our trip extra special! Her thoughtful recommendations and itinerary planning helped us make the most of our time at Zhangjiajie. Her advice on the best local spots to eat was also spot on. We are truly impressed by this hotel's exceptional flexibility and commitment to guest satisfaction. We spent two nights in this hotel. We had booked for one night only and we liked the hotel so much that we also booked the next night. The hotel is completely new and beautiful and also very clean! It's the best we found in China during our vacation! Excellent breakfast! The staff is very kind and welcoming! Free laundry service. They organized the transfer from the airport and also back to go away with very nice and comfortable cars. The staff is very welcoming! They helped us whenever we needed it, even if unfortunately they don't speak English but with the tradition on the phone they gave us great support and always with the highest kindness!
