Hotels in Tianmenshan Cableway/Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park, Zhangjiajie

We enjoyed our stay at Hetianwan Inn a lot. The staff was super nice and helpful. We got free water everyday when we left or came back to the hotel. The staff was able to answer all our questions regarding how to get to the Nationalpark, the hikes etc. We asked for restaurant recommendations and were even guided to the restaurant by them.

The hotel is 3 to 5 minutes away from Tianmen Cable Way. Making it an excellent place to stay if you are heading to Mt. Tianmen. The room is comfortable and they offer a free ride service to the train station for you to depart to your next destination. Apart from that, there is few chinese restaurants and convenience stalls beside the hotel!

Is a great experience. All staff were well trained, polite, friendly and well prepared. One day we late bck to hotel and had order food delivered, they helped to deliver to our room with a room call to us which made us so surprise.🥰

I stayed at Mengtu Hotel with my mother and sister. We booked a 3 bed family room for one night. The hotel is only a 15 minute walk from Tianmen Mountain Cableway (Route A) so it's in an incredibly ideal location. From the very start, the staff here went out of their way to accommodate us. They offered help to book trains, taxis and even organising itinerarys. They let us store our bags there overnight (free of charge) while we went on a one-night trip to Furong Ancient Town. We offered to tip them for keeping our bags safe but they wouldn't let us! They even offered us a ride (once again free of charge) to the airport nearby when we were back to collect our bags and head off. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough if you're staying in Zhangjiajie!

This is the second time that i booked in this hotel. The first one was 3 years ago together with our friend. This hotel really doesn't disappoint. It's convenient from everything. From Zhangjiajiexi station is only 12-15 minutes away by didi or taxi, down the hotel have so many restaurants and refreshment stores around, it's near the gondola goi.f to tianamen mountain, have travel agencies everywhere. All the staff in this hotel are all very nice and approachable. They use a translation device to communicate with foreigners like me and my husband and they would even add you on wechat if there's something that you need to ask for their assistance. Would still go back to this hotel in the future and would recommend it to my friends.

The apartment was super clean, had a great japanese theme, and staff was extremely helpful, and the location was perfect (just right behind the cableway station). Whether you’re doing line A or B for the Tianmen Mountain, the gathering point is at the station, just at different points. The only downside was the elevator and the construction beside, as they’re building a new cableway station (they do provide the sound dampening earbuds). The elevator was quite small and old, and in the morning, it would be quite a long wait as most people will be heading out to the mountain. If you’re unlucky, it may open at every floor. That being said, I still highly recommend this place for its location, service, and cleanliness.

The service was excellent, and the owner was incredibly thoughtful. They enthusiastically recommended local dishes that were absolutely delicious! They also assisted with arranging transfers to and from the station and booking tickets for local attractions. The hotel's location is superb; we had a direct view of Tianmen Cave right from our window. The room decor was simple yet elegant, and the owner even upgraded our room type for free! The shared washing machine was also very convenient. Breakfast consisted of noodles and side dishes, offering a distinct local flavor with very generous portions.

The location is fantastic, just two stops away on bus route 13 directly to the cable car entrance. It's also conveniently located not far from the high-speed rail station, with direct bus connections. For dining, there's a Qin Dama restaurant nearby, and right next door, a 13 RMB per person buffet offers incredible value for money. The hotel breakfast was also quite good. I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip. The room itself was clean, featured modern amenities, was quiet, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows were a lovely touch.

The scenery is great, the air conditioning is not very effective, the boss picked us up at the airport, which is good

1. The service is good, the boss is enthusiastic, and the room was upgraded. The facilities are very new, and there is a swimming pool in the backyard. The only problem is that the mosquitoes are too strong. The air conditioning is very powerful, the bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, and a smart toilet, but the space is too small. 2. The scenery is superb, and Tianmen Cave is opposite. It is a real pleasure to sit in front of the small table for making tea and look at the Tianmen Cave 3. It is about 10 minutes' drive from Tianmen Cave Cableway, which is more suitable for self-driving tourists. Parking is available at the door. 4. The beef factory restaurant nearby is delicious. 5. The breakfast is very exquisite and tastes good. I didn't try their home-cooked dishes, but I can tell from the breakfast that they must taste good. Mind the point It's too close to the airport, with a flight every 15 minutes on average. The noise is very loud, but I don't mind it, but if you have trouble sleeping, I don't recommend it. The passage upstairs is narrow, which makes it difficult to carry large luggage
