Trying to find the hotel was the slightly difficult part unless you know what to look for, but they do have a big poster on the entrance at street level. The apartment was lovely and light. The reception staff were very helpful and also helped us buy tickets for Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park. Very good location close to local shops. Do bring ear plugs though as during morning you can hear the traffic below. Would still recommend them. Good view from the room. Catch a didi to the intersection of the Jiefang Road and Yingbin Road. About 2-3 mins walk from there to building entrance. Floor 17A.

The hotel is wonderful. The room is beautiful, spacious, clean and has a nice view of the river. The chinese breakfast is delicious and has lot’s of choice. But most of all we liked the friendly and helpful staff. With help from their translation device we could talk with them in English. They arranged a free pick-up and drop-off from and to the railwaystation and arranged a big car to bring our family of five persons to the national parcs. We appreciated very much the excellent laundry service. We can highly recommend this hotel.

My stay at the Vienna Hotel was truly excellent! I stayed for two nights, and a wonderful lady at the front desk even upgraded me to a river-view room for free. The service was impeccable. The hotel offers both a washing machine and dryer, which was incredibly convenient. Its location is fantastic, very close to Tianmen Mountain. The room itself was spacious, and the shower had great water pressure. All in all, my overall experience was superb. I highly recommend everyone to stay here – this is my honest review!

I was initially concerned that the dark flooring might make the room feel dim and cramped, but it completely exceeded my expectations! The room was clean, bright, and absolutely lovely. The kids loved it, the cleanliness was excellent, and the service was fantastic too. It's conveniently located just a 600-meter walk from the Tianmen Mountain Cableway, making it the perfect choice for anyone visiting Tianmen Mountain. We were truly delighted with our stay.

This is a new hotel with all new facilities. The front desk staff mostly speak Mandarin, but they are very helpful, friendly, and quick. The location is perfect—close to a mini-market and Tianmen Mountain. The laundry room, gym, and especially the rooms are super clean, neat, and comfortable. The bathroom is also very clean. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie (ZJJ).

We had such a good experience in this place. The stuff is extremly helpful and patient. Without their support our stay would not have been so adventures. She planed our trip to the Nationalpark and ordered discounted tickets and she advised how to save money with using hello bike app. Every day we felt welcome. Never had such a good treatment elsewhere. The place is clean and modern. You have a great view to the city. Around the place are lots of stores and shops. If we come back to ZJJ we would stay again in this place.

Hotel was great infact, modern facilities. The room was nice and spacious however the bed double bed felt abit small. Apart from that all good. The house cleaning I would say wasn’t up to standards though because I could feel the floor wasn’t swept as I could see my own hair strands left on the floor when I combed my hair in the mornings. The front desk are really helpful, I needed to order to some takeaway and they happily did it themselves for me and sent the robot to my room. The location is about 10mins from the 72building but I found nothing else was close by.the national forest and Grand Canyon are about 50 minutes away from the hotel. Tianmen mountain is about 15minutes away. Overall a very good stay,breakfast had normal western food like bread,fruit,eggs and salad but rest were Chinese. Only thing was they didn’t have any juices instead they did have fizzy Fanta.

If you come to Zhangjiajie and stay in the city, this hotel should be the most comfortable and convenient one for travel. It is clean, hygienic and tasteful. Each room is spacious and bright. The owner is also friendly and kind. It is suitable for business travel, family and parent-child travel.
