Serenity Valley (Zhangjiajie National Forest Park Shop)

・Located in the mountains, you can see the sun setting over the mountains. It's a nice, quiet place. ・I had contacted them via WeChat the day before, so things like picking me up from the station went smoothly. ・There are no shops or restaurants nearby, so I was worried about what to do about dinner, but we were able to eat at the hotel. The head chef? picked out some food for our family of four, and it was great to have natural foods. ・The atmosphere is family-like, and they are happy to help with tourist advice, etc. ・My only regret is that I couldn't use the pool.

This experience exceeded my expectations. The hotel has high-end facilities and a beautiful environment. The owner personally picked me up at the station. Since we had an appointment to go to the forest park at 7:00, the owner also warmly prepared a simple meal. I was reluctant to leave and look forward to coming back someday.

The hotel is located very close to the South Gate, making it very convenient for entering the park. The room was very clean and the furnishings were new. The owner and his wife were very kind and helpful, planning the route and arranging the meals very well. The food was also excellent. A very satisfying trip.

An absolute gem of a B&B near Zhangjiajie National Park! I originally booked one night, but ended up extending it to four days and three nights! 😂 The temperature here can drop 7-8 degrees Celsius even in the scorching summer heat, making it incredibly cool and cozy in the forest shade. [🌟Comfortable Room with Great View] The room was incredibly comfortable, with stunning views of the mountains in the distance and the bamboo forest to the side. (Thank you to the owner for upgrading our room to a better view despite our dissatisfaction.) The room also had a huge jacuzzi, which was a great way to soak after a day of hiking! (Be sure to rinse before using the water pipe, as there are lots of bugs.) The bedding was clean and comfortable, and I slept incredibly well! (One night, I quickly killed a small, yellow, transparent spider on the bed, but that's par for the course in these mountains; just be mindful.) Bath towels were changed daily, and everything was very convenient and clean. The yard was spacious, and the lounge chairs were comfortable, making it a great place to wander around. [🌟Excellent Location] It's about a 10-minute walk from both the South Gate and the Middle Gate entrances, and the owner provided shuttle service! Thank you so much! The South and Middle Gates are the entrances to most attractions, making them incredibly convenient and accessible without the hassles of shopping. [🌟Excellent Service, Feels Like Home] The two owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always responsive to every request and question, and attentive. The female owner, who resembles actress Yongmei, is both beautiful and a skilled driver. The laundry is sun-dried and then folded neatly before delivery—very thoughtful! ❤️ [🌟Delicious Farmhouse Cuisine] We ordered three meals cooked by the owner, and they were all delicious. The stir-fried pork and freshwater fish were both incredibly homely and delicious! It was very convenient to just eat after a hike! The breakfast was a bit average and could be improved.
