在張家界是家比較老牌的酒店，環境可以，服務也周到，就是很多設施比較老了，洗衣房就一個洗衣機，要排隊，另外沒有地方晾曬衣服，我們是自己帶回房間吹的空調，當然有烘乾機，但是一樣要排隊，並且快烘也烘不乾衣服

非常滿意，客房服務也很到位，沒有水打電話給前台送了三瓶水，旁邊80米就有家很好吃的飯店，拐個彎 吃飯也超級方便，環境好，套間，點贊

這裏的服務真是糟糕透頂，跟前台反饋兩次旁邊房間門打開，一直吵的睡不着，一個小時都沒有派人上來溝通，最後衹好自己起來解決，早上8點50去吃早餐，剩些光溜溜的盤子，沒幾樣可以吃的，洗漱台飛小蟲子出來，淋浴間和馬桶居然共用一塊推拉門，200多一晚這錢是真好掙
