住過最貼心的酒店！預訂溝通超順暢，房間硬件設施齊全，電視超大超清晰。床鋪乾淨無異味，洗衣服務超省心，洗得乾淨還香香的，晚上安靜睡得超香！

亞朵酒店一直都挺喜歡住的，晚上洗衣服很方便，它們都備有洗衣房和烘乾機，第二天早上就可以拿到乾淨的乾衣服，晚上還有深夜粥道，值得一提的是亞朵的枕頭和床墊睡得都很舒服，服務做得很到位。

酒店的環境很不錯，服務也很人性化，不僅在每個電梯口擺了休息長凳，並且還配了電話裏，電梯口都擺了免費礦泉水，還給晚到的客人有準備深夜粥道，酒店的床品也很舒服，入住滿意。

酒店服務人員米薩服務很好，辦理入住的時候還給我升級了房型，酒店環境很不錯，床上用品都很舒服，酒店的衞生打掃得很乾凈，客房送物這塊也很及時，退房的時候辦理都很快，入住滿意度高。

酒店大廳環境很好，有幾牆的書吧，裏面還有小童繪本和成人讀物，大人和小孩都可以在這裡邊讀書邊休息，酒店服務人員熱情，見人都會禮貌問好，是一家很不錯的人文酒店。

酒店乾淨舒適，前台小夏服務好，平台訂房很快，房間充足還免費升級了房間，有停車場和洗衣房，都是可以免費使用的，還有健身房，硬件設施齊全，枕頭也非常舒服，來張家界旅遊都可以住這家酒店哦，離天門山非常近！
