衞生：衞生不錯
環境：距離張家界森林公園很近，出門走幾百米就到了。
服務：老闆服務態度很好，可幫忙訂票，前台可以寄存行李，遊玩很方便。門口就是夜市，不吵，買東西很方便。

I stayed at Nanmen last year. The owner was very kind and helped me plan a route for visiting Zhangjiajie. This year I brought my parents and stayed at this hotel in Wulingyuan, but the weather was very bad so we didn't go into the mountains. I wish the boss good business.

老闆很熱情距離景區東門特別近走2步就到了，雖然晚上是小吃一條街但是一點都不吵，而且老闆還能幫忙訂門票指導我們遊玩路線，國慶去的按照老闆路線也沒怎麼排隊，晚上還看了魅力湘西演出。好評

在張家界這個地方，這家酒店應該算是還可以的，要注意的是，必須要自己主動要蚊香液和一次性拖鞋才可以。酒店在景區東門是相關配套設施最齊全的一個門，地理位置非常方便，老闆也非常熱情簡單，還有免費的導覽圖，也可以從老闆這去訂門票，會便宜。
