意料之中的酒店就在天門山對面，走路五分鐘就可以去景點。絕佳的地理位置。
意料之外的是酒店竟然排了專車司機接車，直接省去了大量時間。
前台小姐姐特別温柔，有求必應。
房間很大，可以俯瞰對面的天門山纜車。
很滿意的體驗，下次來張家界還會考慮這家。

Location is excellent. But I wish there’s breakfast option . You have to be careful which building it is as there are at least 10 hotels in same building as it’s like a Airbnb , the DiDi driver was confused. I will definitely choose to stay here again.

We have been really well received and very good advice. Lovely person. The hotel is behind cable car station , 5 min walking distance and the room is charming, clean and comfortable.

Such a warm experience, such a comfortable and warm hotel. Just at the back of tianmen mountain, such nice view. Downstairs have lots of food and restaurants. Great service, the girl is cheerful, kind, warm and full of smiles. I feel like home. ❤️

The hostess was very patient in serving, and provided everything you wanted, but the elevator was a bit old. The price was very attractive, and we had breakfast on the top floor with a good view.

The hotel is in a very good location! Just opposite the Tianmen Mountain Cableway Station. The counter staff is very welcoming. The room is clean and tidy. There are small gifts.
