環境：周邊飲食，購物，葯店都有，便捷方便。

酒店前台服務很好，我們到店時間比較早，原本訂的房間告訴我們衞生還沒有出來，前台小姐姐給我們免費升級房型，讓我們提前入住，帶得有長者，房間都安排在一起的，這比較貼心，服務這點真得很不錯，推薦大家來張家界遊玩，可以入住這家酒店

房子比較老舊，衞生間下拉櫃子一打開感覺是一泡尿，很久沒打掃過衞生樣子，枕頭髮黃，隔音效果很差
