This is the place to be! Zhou Jiang, the guy working there, is the most helpful, fair, kind and professional person we met so far in China. The hotel room was just perfect. Clean, big, comfortable, great location. The best place we've been since we are in China, around a month. Make yourself a favor if you come to Zhangjiajie, choose them 😊

Spent 2 nights here and had a good stay, we slept really well thanks to the comfy mattress and the quiet location. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. To get hot water and heating on AC takes a bit of time. Staff doesn’t speak English but was helpful. Many food options nearby. Bus from the west railway station or from Zhangjiajie park stops nearby.

A hotel near many others in a very strategic area, extremely near from Tianmenshan cableway. Nevertheless, for Avatar mountains you got to go to the bus station, also pretty near.

A really nice place to stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage and pick it up in the evening. The room was clean and had everything you need. The location is perfect. The cable car is just a few minutes away and the bus station and train station are also just a few minutes away. The hotel is in a really cute alley with lots of places to eat.

There was no hot water coming out of the shower and we were unable to shower until the next day. The friendly staff called to fix it. Also very little hot water power, they could improve it.
The bed was very hard
