The hotel's location is quite close to the main entrance of the Zhangjiajie Scenic Area, just a five-minute taxi ride away. We had a split-level room, but the stairs were a bit old and creaky. Overall, the cleanliness was good. The breakfast selection was also quite varied. Considering the price, it offers good value for money. Recommended!

Our family was on a trip to Zhangjiajie. After browsing many hotels, we tentatively booked Qingxinyuan Hotel, not quite knowing what to expect. It turned out to be a pleasant surprise! The front desk staff noticed we had two children with us and proactively offered us two complimentary breakfasts. The breakfast spread offered a wide variety of options. We were very satisfied with our stay.

It's still the same old problems. It's inconvenient having to go up and down, mainly because there's no bathroom upstairs. The stairs are also incredibly noisy, which I imagine is due to the older facilities. That said, the overall stay was quite comfortable, and the location wasn't too far off.
The biggest disappointment, however, was the breakfast. It was truly dreadful. I even started to wonder if this is typical for local breakfasts, as there wasn't a single decent piece of meat; everything was vegetarian.
I'd suggest adding more furniture to the rooms, like tables. The current facilities are simply too outdated and don't meet the expectations of today's travelers.

Overall, I was pretty satisfied. The breakfast was quite varied, and there were a lot of international tour groups staying. We booked a family duplex room, but the upstairs bedroom was right next to a drainage pipe, and the noise at night was quite disruptive.

Facilities: Quite dated.
Cleanliness & Bathroom: The bathroom was tiny, and the plumbing was incredibly noisy when water was running. The towels were also old and worn. The bed creaked loudly the moment you sat on it.
Appearance: The interior decor was a complete mismatch to the exterior facade.
