I booked the place with a try-it attitude after seeing the reviews. After checking in, the boss was really responsive to all my requests. I felt embarrassed actually. The room rate was low and they provided so many free services. The boss was really doing charity. Next time, I will definitely stay here again with my family as a leisure vacation. I will jog along the road in front of the door in the morning, play badminton in the yard in the evening, and enjoy the slow life in Zhangjiajie.

We stayed there for ten nights and were very satisfied with it in every aspect. Climbing mountains every day is very tiring, so it is important to live comfortably and safely! The rooms and facilities are at the level of a boutique luxury hotel. The owner's meticulous design is reflected in every detail. The rooms are spacious, clean and newly maintained, with sufficient equipment. The bed, shower and toilet are all comfortable, and there are warm blankets! The environment here is beautiful, the house has the scent of wood, and there is a mountain view outside the window. There is also a self-service washing machine, which was very helpful for our 10-night stay. The service is attentive, sincere and humane. The straightforward, unconcerned and reliable boss is like an all-round butler. He picks us up and drops us off (on the last day, he took us to see the sunrise before dawn!), buys discounted tickets, provides illustrated travel guides (with the boss's guide, you don't need to hire a tour guide when visiting the forest park), recommends restaurants, provides very useful homemade bamboo hiking sticks (to scare away monkeys!), and cooks a delicious and healthy breakfast for every guest every day! great! Clean and hygienic! Especially the boss's service was very good. When we met at the station and arrived at the hotel, the boss's wife had already turned on the air conditioner and electric blanket, which was great!
