Nice hotel, the rooms are new clean and comfortable. The location is very good to go to the scenic areas near by. We got a lot of help from the hotel for buying entrance gate tickets and also a lot of advises for this trip. Great stay!

The hotel is clean and tidy. The owner is very nice and gave us tips. We changed our itinerary several times and the owner was very enthusiastic and came to pick us up on time. We accidentally took the wrong room card and entered a better room. The owner also let us stay there without charging any extra fees. I forgot to take a photo of the room, so I'll use this one. Staff were extremely friendly and also helped us book attraction tickets with a discount. In house laundry was super easy. Felt like a home as the staff made the experience very warm! Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in Zhangjiajie city.
