a bit funny to find especially at night, but amazing people and great value for money. The only problem we encountered was contacting the property before the trip for some arrangements. They did not answer emails and would only be able to speak chinese over the phone, which is a problem for foreign travellers. Overall, great room for money

Very nice and cozy hotel! Generally it’s very clean and the offer towels and hygiene articles as well🙌 I stayed 3 nights and it was better than expected compared to the cost! The Host is very nice and helpful - all communication happens through translate, but that is not a problem at all. He even followed me to the cable way and the bus station very early in the morning to make sure I found it! 10/10 would recommend

Such a lovely and cozy place to stay in! We had such a wonderful time. The hotel is 400m away from cable car station. The hosts are so lovely, kind and accommodating. They also upgrade our room for free. They helped us with going to rafting and even helped us with a bus to Wulingyuan from Tianmen. We definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to visit Zhangjiajiye and see Tianmen Mountain.

Good location for Tianmen mountain cable car, but shower was very poor and room smelt of smoke

Location is pleasant. If you are traveling to Tianmen mountain, this hotel is near to mountain entrance . Room was cozy. There weren’t any elevator. So if you are carrying heavy luggage, don’t book your room in higher floors. Proprietor drive us to the ticket station at no cost.

Very convenient location near the cable car for visiting the mountain. The hotel had a very large and functional bathroom, and the room had a double bunk bed plus an additional bed, easily sleeping six people. The hotel staff was fantastic; they are very kind and attentive. I recommend this hotel to everyone for a stay in Zhangjiajie.
