Very helpful and friendly. Great recommendations and tips for visiting the park. Helped with many arrangements. Location near the west entrance was great for avoiding crowds. All meals onsite were great. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.

The boss was very enthusiastic and professional. We took a hiking trail and he helped us plan the route. Dinner was also great, chicken soup was delicious. After a whole day of climbing the mountain, a bite of chicken soup brought me back to life. The calico kittens in the store were also very cute.
The room was clean and tidy, and all the facilities were good. There was also a billiard and swimming pool downstairs. I can meet friends again in the summer.

Host helped us to buy all entrance tickets and plan our daily route in Zhangjiajie national forest park. They strongly recommended certain very nice scenic spot where most tour group would not visit, and we truly enjoyed the view. This hotel was the perfect base for a relaxed Zhangjiajie trip, thanks to Eason and Lucas, who genuinely made our stay special. They picked us up from the train, helped us book tickets, plan out our days to dodge the crowds, and recommended quieter spots that offered stunning, uncrowded views. They even went above and beyond to help us with logistics after we left. Their knowledge of the area made our experience feel wonderfully off the beaten path, which can be challenging in Zhangjiajie!
The location is ideal—just five minutes from the Yangjiajie Gate and away from the main tourist flow. Eason even offered us rides to the entrance every morning, which made getting around simple and stress-free. While we mostly spoke in Chinese, they’re comfortable in English too.
The hotel itself is clean and peaceful, with mountain views right from the windows. Meals were a highlight especially after a long day out, with a delicious breakfast each morning and home-cooked dinners. Eason even picked a winter melon fresh from the garden for our soup one evening. This place felt like a real home away from home and made Zhangjiajie feel beautifully calm. Can’t recommend it enough! We had an excellent stay here. Lucas helped us order a didi ride from our hotel in Zhangjiejia city center to his inn. Saved us a lot of hassle. Both Lucas and Eason gave us 7 star services. Help us with our laundry and drove us to the west entrance of Zhangjiejia national park, gave us map and showed us where to go inside the national park everyday during our stay there. Rooms are lovely and comfortable and we enjoyed the dinner very much. Delicious home cooked food. Lucas and Eason thanks again for everything thing you have done for us.

Very nice hotel near the entrance to the national park. The reception is open until 23:00, but if you warn about a later arrival, you can check in at any time. Lucas works at the reception, he will help with any questions. He organized a transfer from and to the airport for us (we highly recommend it, because it will be quite difficult to order a taxi to the hotel at night), the price is reasonable. We recommend the continental breakfast at the hotel, very filling and delicious.
