It was an amazing experience staying here. Walking distance to Tian Men Shan cable car. The staff is very friendly and help me to book the entrance tickets for Tian Men Shan and Forest Park. Not only that, she offered me with plan which route would be the best way to visit the Tian Men Shan and Forest Park. Downstairs have a lot of local foods to try. Highly recommended!

We like the place because it's near to the Tianmen cable car station and many restaurants. Particularly we are thankful to the lady hotel owner for giving us good advice how to travel to Tianmenshan, buy entrance tickets to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Mr Xiao also offered great tips how to make good use of our 4-day Zhangjiajie National Forest Park entrance tickets. Great inn accommodation highly recommended if you visit Tianmenshan.

The location is very central and is in the nicer part of the city, which breaks the monotony of other Chinese cities. There are very cheap restaurants nearby along with a convenience store. The staff are very helpful and eager to help with anything, this was the best part of my stay, they will help plan your trip, book tickets and recommend places, along with being able to answer all questions about transportation. They washed my clothes for free. It's was a very good hotel for the price I paid. However, I must note they do not provide you with a lot of toilet paper, and my room being on the fifth floor, meant it was inconvenient to go at the front desk to take some everytime I ran out, the toilet rolls are very small, so even after taking some I still ran out and had to use the tissues. Also the bathroom is a typical Toilet with Shower like most Chinese hostels/hotels, what could help the situation immensely is investing in a shower scraper, as the water will pool on the floor making it uncomfortable to walk without splashing water everywhere.

The location was very central to everything you needed the cable cars and bus station to Zhangjiajie mountain was both less than a 5 minute walk, the room was clean and amenities was great. The staff were really nice and helped us plan Tianmenshan mountain as well as help us wash and dry our laundry. Great service.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. The room was very clean although a little small. The people at the hotel is very very nice and helpful, they helped me buy the tickets to the parks and attractions. I’d certainly recommend it.

Very nice place. Very close to the cableway station. The guy there will give you a map with all routes, explain to you the best routes to do in 1 or 2 days. He will give you his wechat account and send you a written itinerary for what to see first. He really help us out as we got there with no clue. We would definitely stay there again.

Awesome place, helpful staff, would 100% stay here again. They really know the area. It is also right by the access to Tianmen mountain (Short walk).

The location of the inn is very good, just opposite the Tianmen Mountain Cableway, there are many delicious restaurants nearby, the room is clean and tidy, the space is sufficient, the bathroom is also large, it is very quiet at night and I have a good rest. The landlord is very nice. When I first checked in, my friend's suitcase handle was broken. I wanted to borrow a screwdriver from the landlord to try to fix it myself. The landlord took out a bunch of tools without saying a word and spent a long time to help pry open the handle. Finally, the suitcase can be used normally. He was very considerate to wrap it up with tape. It's really great, thank you very much! ! The landlord also has two dogs, the big golden retriever is so beautiful! Don't worry if you are afraid of dogs, the landlord is very considerate to close it, you can watch through the glass door, hehe

They will also help draw the route on the paper map of the scenic spots. It is very close to the cable car of Tianmen Mountain🚡. The bus to the Forest Park is also very close and very convenient. This store is right next to the ropeway, but it's not a store on Yanyan Street, so it's not that noisy at night. This store is very cost-effective and has some small details. For example, the store has prepared electric blankets, and the bedside socket is also equipped with an adapter for the convenience of using mobile phones. The store manager has two dogs and a cat that you can play with. If you go to play nearby, you can also ask him for some directions. The store manager is also very enthusiastic and will help you plan the route, how to go, and how to arrange it.
