We had a family room. The room with the two beds was ok, but the room with the double bed was a bit disapointing. Not Very clean.

If you want to go to Tian Men mountain, this is your place. All was perfect and the host Lucia was so nice !

Very convenient location, a few minutes walk from the down cable car station. Was a bit loud in the room with noise outside but apart from that good stay!

The staff warned us that parts of the National Park were closed and helped us replan our routes. They speak English. It's next to the bus station to Zhangjiajie National Park and the cable car to Tiananmen Mountain. What I didn't like was that we stayed there for three days and our room wasn't cleaned.

It was a great stay. The host was very kind and spoke English. I was very happy because English is not widely spoken in China. We also booked tickets to Tianmen Mountain in advance and were given directions to get around, which made sightseeing smooth. The room was clean and the shower had plenty of hot water. The bus stop and ropeway are within walking distance, and there are many restaurants nearby. There are about three similar alleys lined up, but there are signs, so if you just look around you should be able to find it without any trouble.
