其實每次出行來到張家界，需要住宿的話，首選韋斯特酒店，因為不管從房間設計、擺設、沐浴衞生、氛圍營造上面以及睡眠環境的角度出發，相比同類型的酒店都是佼佼者，都能帶給顧客最優體驗感，前台工作人員也十分認真細緻，能體會顧客之切身體會，值得信賴和有住宿需求時無限次續住的不二選擇！

The room is very big and clean. The bed is quite comfortable. The ceiling is grid-like, which is rare. It felt weird lying on the bed. My child and I didn't sleep well at night. We always felt something was wrong. We were scared. Maybe we were too tired from playing!

I don't recommend this hotel; it was the worst hotel we stayed at during our trip. The hotel is old and needs a complete renovation. The breakfast is very poor and there's very little to choose from. When there are a lot of guests, there's not even fruit. The worst part is the cigarette smell throughout the hotel. Everything in the room reeks of cigarettes.
