They accept foreigners. Nice clean place with very comfortable beds. Loads of food options nearby with good prices. 10 minute walk to the bus to Wulingyuan (where the Zhangjiajie scenic area is). The bus costs 13 yuan. Really lovely staff that helped us find the bus station. The hotel has a different name on the sign to what is written in English on here, so look at the photos of the exterior to find it.

The hotel owners were really kind and the location wS excellent, right next to the cablecar. We just hoped the room was more spacious, but other than that great stay.
