服務態度超級差，愛搭不理，問前台是否有房，明明有房卻説沒有，出門的時候忘記帶房卡，晚上回來後讓老闆幫忙開門，竟然對我們説他們要睡覺了，很不情願的開門；帶小孩的強烈建議不要選擇他家，因為老闆覺得孩子麻煩。

老闆和店員的態度都很差，一副愛搭不理愛住不住的樣子。
而且攜程上面的酒店地址是錯的，實際的酒店位置有點偏，老闆對這個問題也沒有迴應，懷疑是故意的。
