I recommend this as must stay to everyone who wants to visit and explore Zhangjiajie. The stay was really good as it was well maintained, clean and all the amenities provided as mentioned in the description. They do cleaning everyday, so you will be greeted to fresh set of sheets every evening after coming back. It is very near to the East gate so reaching will take less than 10 mins.
The host is very very courteous and helpful and will help you plan everything on your days and suggest the right times to visit what place. Even though they don't know English, they sat with us with translator app and worked out the best plan for us. I really didn't expect such a great hospitality and warmth. They even booked cabs for us with their coupons which helped us lower our cab expenses. We got atleast 10% discount when they booked vs what was coming to us.
Zhangjiajie is a very vast area and needs proper planning to cover everything else you will get lost as the sign boards are wrongly placed and the place is a maze.

We really enjoyed our stay at this guesthouse. It’s foreigner friendly and the owners are extremely helpful. They sent us to and fro the East Gate entrance of the national forest park (just 5 mins drive away), helped us with planning the places we want to go, booked the tickets for us at a discounted rate and recommended local food places. Indeed a 5* rating worthy guesthouse! The room is very spacious and has a huge rack for all our clothes. Our room did not have a dining table, just a small table underneath the tv but they have ample dining space at the ground floor which worked out well for our food delivery orders when we were too tired to eat out. There’s also lots of food options and massage parlours right outside the guesthouse, the road that leads in is well-lit and convenient. They have maps for all the nearby attractions and discounted tickets.

先説酒店，衞生設施都可以。問題在於訂單上寫的免費接站服務，父母出遊，2位70多歲的長者致電，説不是接高鐵站，接送景點而已。叫他們自己叫車到賓館。入住第二天，來了一批韓國和俄羅斯的遊客，根本無暇理會長者家，可能因為沒有給小費吧。

雖然中間出了點小插曲，但老闆和老闆娘還是全程幫忙規劃好路線，非常感謝。房間挺大的，被褥乾淨舒服，今天回程南門打不上車，老闆娘還幫忙安排好。客棧的小貓咪十一好乖巧還讓抱抱，小零食很可口，老闆娘家弟弟很禮貌，老闆娘推薦的老王三下鍋的吃法也很贊。

Our trip was cancelled and we have to rebooked new hotel and the our original first hotel we booked never responded to us if there is available room for last minute booking but no response. Thus we found this hotel in the trip.com and we manage to stay for a night The owner was very nice and help us and even offer to drive us to our hotel but unfortunately there was a marathon and the hotel we booked previously didn’t even informed us of this. I was so glad staying in this hotel and they even provide us with maps and services and wanted to cancel the first hotel I originally booked. This place is close to restaurants as well the locals are so nice. The owner even offer tour services and pick up service. For the money paid I am getting a 5 star service. It’s so worth it. If I can book again. I will definitely stay in this place.
