The staff and Hotel couldn't do enough for us, my wife and I had booked s deluxe Suite, but when we arrived we were upgraded FOC, to an Executive Suite, what a bonus.
The Breakfast was outstanding, and good selection of European and Asian food.
It was my birthday on the 18th and the staff had a Birthday cake, Rose and very nice card waiting in our room when we returned from a busy day sightseeing.
The onsite Tour Agent Lala was excellent and booked and arranged a 4 day tour plus an excellent guide to meet our needs.
Overall and excellent 5 days. definitely recommend this hotel.

The environment is very good in all aspects. The service attitude of the room lady Li Ping is very good. This is the most satisfactory hotel for traveling and accommodation. It is highly recommended

A highly recommended hotel. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic, from the security guard who helped with the luggage as soon as I entered the door to Sister Li Ping who delivered fruit and Tremella soup to the room. My family and I praised their service again and again. The room was clean and comfortable, and there were many types of breakfast. The hotel is within walking distance of the performance of Charming Xiangxi. The experience is really great and it is worth choosing again

Taxi is usually around 6-7 minutes
Many hotels receive tour groups
