Staff are very nice and helpful. They can help you with buying attraction tickets, itineraries etc. Ten minutes walk to Zhangjiajie park entrance. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast is very good. We take 7:17 am train from
Zhangjiajie west station to Guilin. Hotel arranges car pick up at 5:30 am in the morning for CNY 80 for us( about 35 minutes drive to Zhangjiajie west station from the hotel). Di Di is also available for about the same price when I check at 5 am . We will definitely stay there again.

I took my parents on a family trip and it was a very, very satisfying accommodation for 3 nights!
The counter staff and the person who served breakfast were all very kind and nice!
The location was also great, with a valley in front, a night market, and a tourist attraction!
If I have another chance, I will book this accommodation again!!

Hotel is about 15 min walk to east gate of the national park. The location is convenient to everywhere. The beds and the pillows are very comfortable. The breakfast has many good choices. Hotel manager helped us purchasing discounted national park tickets, taught us how to use Alipay to book Chinese Uber, and recommended good restaurants. My husband and I enjoyed our stay.
