Sehr freundlicher Service. Wir hatten ein Problem mit unserem Handy. Der Besitzer hat sich sehr um uns gekümmert, bis unser Problem gelöst war. So ein netter Mensch!! Für ein Hostel ist die Unterkunft empfehlenswert.

The accommodation experience was excellent. The owner was very welcoming and helped with ticket bookings and planning the best itinerary. The second-floor balcony was very convenient for doing laundry. The only downside was that the first floor was a bit damp, which is understandable given the location at the foot of the mountain and the dog days of summer. Everyone I met in Zhangjiajie was very friendly and comfortable.

The boss was very enthusiastic and helped us upgrade the room for free. It is very close to the scenic area. The room facilities are complete and the washing machine and dryer are very useful. The boss also gave us a guide, which is very good👍

I loved the place so much I extended my stay for three more days. The owner even upgraded my room and was very helpful with providing information on nearby tourist attractions. There were also several washers and dryers, which was convenient. ^^
