The inn was convenient to the entrance of the national park. The staff were helpful but I did go with a Chinese friend so that meant there wasn't a problem with the language. It was pretty clean. The toilet area was small but it was ok.

This hotel is a 30-minute walk from Zhangjiajie National Park. They can buy you tickets to enter, and they're happy to explain the best route to take if you have a day or two.
The bed is very comfortable, the hotel is rustic, and the area is very nice. There are plenty of bakeries, fruit shops, cafes, and supermarkets nearby.
