A practical hotel to stay at to visit the Zhangjiajie National Park. Lots of restaurants and a big supermarket nearby. The staff was very kind and helpful! 😊

Very clean rooms with nice decoration. Very convenient location to visit the national park, only a short walk to the entrance. Extremely friendly staff who can help to book tickets and get you to all of the attractions. Would stay again! 😁

Far away from Hks park , unfortunately the swimming pool was dirty , but it’s nice and a location is good

The hotel is very nice. It's a short walk to the Zhangjiajie West Entrance (around 20 minutes). Restaurants are just around the corner (less than 5 minutes walk).
The staff is very nice. The rooms and hotel is very clean and has charm.
The breakfast is very Chinese. The coffee for free is sweet, solvable powder. If you want a good, real coffee, you have to pay extra. I ended up with toast and egg. If you eat savory for breakfast, you'll find more choices.
The blinds in the roof of the rooms for the star view were broken. In both rooms.
There is a super chilly roof terrace. Don't miss it!
