房間內設施還不錯，比較乾淨。
周圍的環境也挺好的，距離河邊很近，可以近距離欣賞河景。
早餐相對還湊合，因為張家界酒店的早餐一般都是比較簡單。

三人房明明沒有浴缸，攜程上還寫明有浴缸，房間裏沒有空氣凈化器，空氣不是很新鮮。衣櫃裏都沒有桿子可以掛衣服，而且也沒有掛衣服的設施，放一些衣架在衣櫃也不知道有啥用。電視機的遙控也是壞的，沒法用。智能窗簾的開關也是壞的，沒法用。
