ZiShan Ecological Resort in Zhangjiaje is an enchanting escape into nature. Tucked away in a lush forest, the resort's secluded location required a short but very windy drive to the Avatar Mountains.
Our Tree House with 270° glass walls was breathtaking, blending indoor comfort with outdoor wonder. Waking up to mountain views and soaking in the forest-view tub after long hikes was so relaxing. The infinity pool, open 24/7, offered refreshing nighttime swims under the stars after long hikes in the summer heat.
What truly stood out was the attentive service, like when staff fixed our bidet while we were out exploring or answered our many questions during our stay. Though the walk to our treehouse was a bit long, it only added to the sense of secluded luxury.

滿意之至，賓至如歸！酒店在張家界國家森林公園的中門，酒店有車子接送，環境無與倫比，空氣清新，夜裡滿天繁星。酒店裝飾很有土家文化氣息，客房動線合理，床品質量很好，陽台也很舒服。
餐廳的飯菜質量很好，精緻有特色。
最最重要的是管家服務超級好，我們的鹿鹿管家温柔細心，樣樣都為我們想到，服務周到熱情耐心，讓我們度過了賓至如歸的兩天。

房間很大，床品舒服，白天很敞亮，晚安很安靜，連住三天睡的很踏實。酒店園區也很漂亮，有游泳池，早餐的牛肉粉很喜歡，鹿鹿管家很貼心，全程快速相應，安排汽車接送。

這次住的民宿真的太太太驚喜了！剛進門就被裝修風格戳中——不是那種千篇一律的網紅款，而是帶着老闆自己的巧思，每個角落都透着温暖又精緻的味道，木質傢俱配着綠植，燈光柔和得讓人瞬間放鬆下來，還貼心準備了迎客茶。
管家人特別好，從入住前就主動聯繫我們，告知路線，到了之後幫着提行李，有問必答，把周到刻到骨子裡，卻從不多打擾，你需要的時候他總在，這種恰到好處的關心，比很多刻意的熱情更讓人覺得舒服。早上的看日出活動更是加分項！提前一天提醒我們時間，到了觀景台還細心準備了墊子和水，身邊是貼心的服務，那種被照顧到的感覺真的太舒服了。
這趟旅程完全是賓至如歸的體驗，已經把它列入“再來必住”清單啦，強烈推薦給大家！

收藏很久的酒店，被玻璃樹屋的景色吸引，這次雖然沒有預訂到樹屋，但房間依然驚艷，前後都有森林景觀的大陽台非常養眼。管家小張的服務耐心周到，主動給出出遊建議和路線規劃，看天氣有雨還給我們拿雨衣備用，還冒雨接送我們去中門，全程都毫無怨言，交代的事情也都記在心裏，讓出門在外的我們很安心。酒店環境很好，面積很大，景色秀麗，拍照很出片，來張家界門票四天有效，住這裏真的太方便遊玩了。
