Very good! The decoration is exquisite and elegant, the service is considerate and thoughtful, and the breakfast is warm and homely. The location is also very good. The hotel included personal butler service, our butler helped us book all national park entry tickets and provide daily itineraries for our trip in Zhangjiajie. He even called local taxi for us free of charge. Super awesome customer service! Breakfast was great, good selections.
It rained heavily on one of the day, therefore the roof leaked slightly and wet the hotel room floor, but it didn’t impact our stay at the hotel, it was still great, thank you team for your hospitality and support.
