The room was clean, the family was warm and service-oriented, but I didn't book a family room but was assigned a family room. I finished my shower at 9pm, and my husband took another shower, but there was no hot water. The shower water flowed through the cracks in the wall to the bedside, and my feet stepped on it like a river. At night, a stink bug crawled on my body, and I got up in the middle of the night to take a shower. There was no bottled water in the room, and when I asked others, they said they had it. The wontons for breakfast were too salty. If the room type I needed was not available, I should have been informed in advance, including bottled water and bath water. As you said, you didn't buy water during the Chinese New Year, and the bath water was in several buckets for rotation. If there was no hot water, you would tell you and you would open other buckets for use. How could we have thought that there was no hot water so early when I just finished taking a shower and my husband went to take a shower! My husband had to take a cold shower from head to toe in the middle of winter. He asked me about it while he was taking the shower, and I told him there was hot water.
