房間乾淨，整潔，服務態度很好，説話很温和，就是設施不太完善，離張家界火車站很久，建議姐妹們如果去張家界旅遊想住到火車站附近的酒店，值得推薦這家，建議避開高峯期，價格貴了兩倍，平常都是1百多，我當時節假日去是訂364，死貴死貴的，而且酒店都是訂滿了的
