Great service, staff was really helpful in assistance for booking tours around the place, they have good skills with translators application. If you plan to go to the park, I recommend using a didi, only 7 mins from the hotel and a 10rmb cost. Breakfast is good, although it could be a bit more early for the people who go to the first shift in the park. I missed the black coffee instead of latte.

Fine, but a few flaws: the bathroom often smelled like the drains were backed up and the shower leaked into the bathroom a bit. There also wasn't really a view of the mountains unless you craned your neck. Staff were very helpful in booking things and explaining how to navigate the park. Location was great.

All good — clean rooms and very friendly, helpful staff. They helped us buy tickets for the national park and Grand Canyon at a discount, recommended the best route, and also helped us book a taxi from the railway station to the hotel. The room had an electric kettle, but no cups or tea/coffee were provided. However, I asked at reception for cups, and they gave them to me right away. It would be useful if basic items like cups and tea/coffee were already included in the room. Breakfast is quite limited and only offers a Chinese option.

Классный отель с комнатами в китайском стиле (у меня был номер со своим балконом с видом на горы и креслом-качалкой! Завтрак китайский, сытный. Можно постирать одежду. Ребята очень помогали во всем, в том числе купить билеты в парк Чжанцзяцзе. Если вернусь сюда (а я надеюсь вернуться), остановлюсь только здесь!
