Yishu Yihua Inn (zhangjiajie national forest park sentimental store)

Had a great stay at this hotel, room was comfortable and clean and service was friendly.

We enjoyed our stay at Yishu Yihua Inn. The place is very near to scenic sights we visited and is a walking distance from restaurants and shops. The rooms were clean and quiet, and the beds were very comfy. Rested very well during the three nights we stayed. The boss of the inn and his staff were very attentive and helpful. The moment we arrived at the inn, they helped with our luggage, made sure we were settled in comfortably, and then went on to check about the sights and places we wanted to visit. They helped us to adjust our plans according to the weather forecast, and also booked all the tickets on our behalf. We paid directly to the Inn for the tickets to Wulingyuan 武陵源, Grand Canyon 大峡谷 and the Tianmenshan 天门山, and what we paid were cheaper than the prices we would otherwise need to pay at the ticket counters if we had bought the tickets ourselves. So it turned out to be cheaper and, most importantly, very convenient. Transportation had always been our concern as the four of us had multiple luggages, so taxis were not a good option. We connected with the hotel through Wechat prior to our arrival, and they arranged a bigger vehicle to fetch us from the train station. They also arranged our transportation to our next hotel within Zhangjiajie, as well as another long distance one that we needed days later to another city. It was all very convenient and free of worry. (In some other hotels we stayed during the trip, it was a flat "no such service" when we asked for help to arrange pickup.) So at Yishu Yihua Inn, we received very personalised services and they did so for every guest, including the non-Chinese speaking guests.
