酒店給我的第一印象非常好，大堂大氣寬敞，前台接待美女很熱情有耐心，給我做了升級入住，辦理完入住後，有個帶眼鏡的小哥帶我們進電梯引領我到房間，房間寬敞並配送有水果，晚上的服務員大姐還送了一份甜湯，味道不錯，中途出門忘記拿卡，樓層大姐也能隨喊隨到，服務及時周到。

這次入住體驗很不錯！前台工作人員超熱情，辦理入住速度快，管家送我到房間，主動添加了我微信發了周邊景點介紹以及注意事項，讓我整個旅程很輕鬆愉快。退房後發現我不小心落下東西，他們馬上聯繫我快遞給我，超負責，五星好評！主要酒店隔天門山非常近，走路幾分鐘，來張家界旅遊的朋友放心選擇華天就對了。

進入酒店大堂行李員就接過我的行李送我到前台辦理入住，前台工作人員以極快的速度完成了訊息登記和房卡辦理，整個過程流暢又簡潔，沒有絲毫的拖沓，這效率真的太讚了 ，還給我的房間升級成了智能房。更讓我驚喜的是，辦理完入住後，就有管家接過我的行李箱，然後引領我前往房間。一路上，不僅詳細地介紹了酒店的設施分佈和周邊的旅遊景點，還細心地為我指引步行前往天門山的線路，房間拉開窗簾就能看到天門山，很方便。晚上客房阿姨還送了自己沖泡的葛根粉，據説是張家界特產，總之所到之處服務都非常貼心，值得推薦。
