非常好的寶藏酒店。房間乾淨整潔，早餐豐富好吃，前台服務更是非常專業熱情。就是酒店接待老年團隊要安排在同一樓層，團隊與散客早餐儘量錯峯。講真的，早餐實在太多人了，不存在就餐環境的。還有部分人對着菜品狂打噴嚏，菜夾盤裡又夾回餐鍋裏，夾子掉地上又撿起來放回夾盤裡，服務人員也應該提醒注意吧。

房間住進去衞生間反味道，找前台要東西兩三次送不上來，最後等出門退房了也沒送到，服務欠到位

白天從張家界走斷腿一天，終於爬回酒店休息，剛一躺下就聽見其他不同房間傳來爭吵，哭鬧，聊天，隔音效果超不滿意😔！如果再來我不推薦住這裏了
