Cons: The exhaust fan and air conditioner were aging and kept humming all night, disrupting my sleep. I had to get up early the next morning to hike. I wasn't given a room upgrade or any compensation. An hour after booking, the price was reduced by one-third, and there was no refund or compensation.

We were originally traveling with my son, but the hotel thought we were a family of three, so they upgraded us to a family room and even gave us breakfast vouchers. The hotel is very close to the East Gate, and we encountered heavy rain just as we were descending the mountain on our first day, which truly demonstrated the hotel's proximity.
