我們是家庭親子自駕出行，張家界碧桂園鳳凰酒店確實可以作為一個不錯的選擇，原本只預訂3晚，酒店免費幫我們升級，轉成套房，小孩到非常高興，然後再續3晚，共住了6晚😁，首先房間很大，早餐也安排貼心，有兩邊取餐區，拿食物不用走太遠，對於自駕來張家界的朋友來講,酒店有免費的大停車場。
酒店位置居中，無論去森林公園，還是72奇樓或者天門山都還算方便。
服務:對於酒店的整體服務,需要重點表揚的，服務非常周到，客服態度也非常有善，最後謝謝酒店的一位客服建安先生 ，第一次來張家界，不是很熟識路線，他很細心給我們介紹和教我們怎樣預約行程，有什麼不知道的都可以問他，就像管家一樣，真是很貼心，感覺很親善 ，很幫我們預訂優惠的門票，真心給他💯贊，是自駕遊最首選的酒店。
