房間很不錯，空間較大，全屋智能。和亞朵和錦江都城一棟樓，和錦江都城共一個早餐廳，三樓還有洗衣機和烘乾機，有地下停車場，離天門山索道很近，走路10分鐘不到，周圍餐飲也比較多，也有買特產的地方！入住很方便！

三個酒店共用的大樓，酒店還是很不錯的，酒店背後就是天門山索道A線入口和坐B線觀光車站，落地窗外面就能看到天門山，酒店外面吃飯也方便。酒店小姐姐服務態度很好，也很熱情。

酒店位置優越，就在天門山A線索道旁邊，交通吃飯都很方便。床很舒適，設施使用方便。早餐很豐盛，大人小孩都適宜。建議衞生間再加裝遮光簾，不然晚上開燈洗澡上廁所的時候衞生間會透光。服務熱情，雖然中間因為葯品存放出了點差錯，但是酒店認真對待，積極妥善處理，值得肯定。
