It's very good. The boss is very nice. It's very close to the sign gate of Wulingyuan District. It's only a 6-minute walk away. There is free parking. As soon as we checked in, he told us how to go up the mountain and how to take the convenient route. We planned a 2-day itinerary to cover all the panoramic areas. The boss also had many discounts, so it was worth staying!

The hotel is very close to the Wulingyuan sign gate at the east gate of Zhangjiajie Forest Park. The inn is unique, and the color and layout of the rooms are also unique. The handsome boss is very enthusiastic and helps plan tour routes and customize discount tickets. There is also a laundry room on the second floor, which is so convenient It solved a big problem during the trip, and next door is the Sanxiaguo shop, which offers a variety of breakfasts and rice noodles, suitable for tourists from all over the north and south. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel is a ten minute walk from the Zhangjiajie national park entrance. The room is spacious and has good facilities, good wifi and bathroom. The staff at the hotel were amazing. They were happy to help with anything we needed and went above and beyond. They wrote us a full plan for our day at Zhangjiajie and assisted us with anything we needed. Foreigner friendly and extremely helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you for a great stay.

The owner was very helpful! That's why I'm writing this review. We asked many questions, she was always very nice, quick and accurate with the advice for booking tickets for shows and where to do + how to book the 24/48/72-hour PCR test to see the scenic spots., among other things.
The facility was nice, clean, and we always had fresh towels when we were back.

Great location and is within walking distance to the national forest park (east gate). We took didi (similar to uber) from Zhangjiajie West train station to the hotel. It took about 40 min and costs 42rmb one way.
Room and bathroom are big and clean, beds are comfortable and the host is very nice.
We spent two days in the national park, with first day went up the mountain (Yuanjiajie, Avatar floating mountain etc) and 2nd day strolled along the stream, Jinbianxi (entered through east gate and exited through south gate). There are buses from south gate to east gate, which charge 10rmb per trip.
Hotel near east gate is a better option as most attractions are closer to East gate.

The hotel is near the East Park entrance gate (13 min walk -3blks) and the local bus station (5 min walk 1blk), situated on a quiet street.
From the local bus station, you can take bus to Glass Bridge, and other Park Entrance Gates. A very economic way to move around. Buses are reliable.
Mr. ZHANG (owner - no english) was very helpful for hiking routes and tour information.
No morning breakfast provided. 20-25 min walk to Xibu area (restaurants).
Hotel is clean, quiet, free laundry (DIY), safe. Great value.

Had a wonderful stay.
The inn is farther out from the national park than others but it is at a quiet corner of the district.
The room and toilet was standard but other services and amenities stood out for me.
They had small extras such as sewing kit, availability of fruit knife that made the stay more comfortable. The staff also helped with booking of tickets and giving advice on how best to go around the attractions.
Breakfast was at the top floor which provided a great view of the mountains.
The staff, amenities, and breakfast view made all the difference. Highly recommend this inn.

GGuest UserWe have a bad experience with the taxi driver, he actually went pass the location of the hotel and just drop us off and ask us to walk lucky enough we know how to use the local direction app. When we reach at the hotel reception, we also has a bad encounter with the receptionist call ****, when we ask her about the map of the town , she advise she do not know , but worse off all , she serve the person behind me and answer call , and let me stand there without attending and finish off the stay in process. Disrespectful and bad attitude. Anyway her action was apologized by the room care taker and the manager. The manager give us the map and advise us places to go around.
The place we stay is convenient to get food to eat. Small town , good for mountain hiking. The place is commercially made to attract tourist .

Li Yan at the front desk was outstanding. She called us before our arrival to confirm our travel plans, ensuring everything went smoothly.
When the toilet clogged in our room, she personally came and resolved the issue within minutes, handling it with professionalism.
She helped us arrange tickets and car rides to all the country parks seamlessly.
The team accommodated us even after checkout, allowing the four of us to use the shower even after our check out.
Overall, the staff was very friendly and attentive to all our needs. There’s even a friendly dog at the reception to greet and play with you upon arrival.
My friends and I had a great time at Wangyun and would recommend it to anyone visiting the Wulingyuan area. The only downside was that the room corners could be slightly cleaner, but it wasn’t too noticeable. Beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was basic but delicious and healthy.

TThereseWe had a very nice stay, we stayed 3 people in one room. The room we stayed in was very big and had its own unique style. It was very clean. The hotel is very close to the South Gate of the park. It's a little hidden away from the road, but they were very quick to come and pick us up and drove us to the park entrance every day free of charge. Breakfast eggs come from free range chicken on the ground and they were excellent. Over all the food was very good. It's a small hotel run by a family and they are all very nice and helpful with planning your stay. Location is beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Mmin yiNo. 5 has a holiday home vibe situated atop a hill with a fantastic view of the valley, especially during sunset. The location of the inn may be a little concerning (when we took the didi into the place the driver looked at us weird), but rest assure that the ZJJ Forest park is still extremely accesible. No. 5 provides a transfer service to the West gate, along with a plan of how to explore the forest park that is different from the rest of the visitors as you will be exploring the park starting from the opposite end of the park. Rain also very kindly helped to booked the entrance tickets on behalf of us as we did not have access to a local number.
Everything was dealt with professionalism in a Wechat group, from reservations for dinner, to kindly removing a bug from our abode. The room was very clean and our consumables were stocked daily. Food choices are limited at the restaurant but every dish that we had at the inn was quite decent. We were able to order from the menu at least an hour in advance and when we arrive at the restaurant, the food was already set out on the table. 10/10. Facilities are adequate, with the exception of a slightly sluggish drainage system, but the design of the dry and wet toilet managed the problem fairly well.
Expect to book a transfer service out of the inn, though, as the location is distal from the usual tourist crowds.
No.5 also provides activities for when you feel like staying in, such as baking cookies, making scent packets and other interesting activities. The highlight of the inn though, has to be Yang Ma, the resident tea lady. She makes fantastic tea on request whenever she can, and the tea tastes amazing.
The view, tea, and good service from No.5 makes this place an interesting choice for a slow paced holiday.

RrodrigopmpsOur trip to Zhangjiajie couldn’t have been better! This hotel is a few minutes walking distance away from a secondary (non crowded!) entrance to the National Park. The view from the pool is facing the National Park too, which couldn’t be more beautiful. Same goes for the surroundings as the area is super calm, you can relax indeed. The restaurant serves good typical food (we highly recommend the sea bass fish - both versions). The breakfast is acceptable with a mix of asian western (although mostly Asian you can find such things as yogurt, croissants, butter and bread).
The hotel could be improved in minor details, which we passed on to the team. But these won’t make your experience bad in anyway. What made our stay one of the best in this big China trip was our hostess named Fan! ＜3
She was always available for us, did the impossible to find anything we needed and surprised us all the time. She carefully planned all our itineraries for all the attractions, never forgot a single request and spoke English better than anyone else in the Team. She was 6 out of 5*. ;)
Don’t miss Jojo, the beautiful and cute cat belonging to the hotel. :)
Our room also included a transfer which we used to the airport by the end of the stay, driving us in time to our flight.

GGuest UserThis time, I was very happy to stay at Qiman. It was a highlight of our trip to Zhangjiajie besides the scenic spot. After booking, the housekeepers Xiao Huang and Xiao Xiao contacted us in time to arrange the pick-up, and sent us the itinerary planning and travel suggestions. After checking in, they took us to visit the room, helped us upgrade the room type, explained the travel strategy to us in detail again, and made adjustments according to the weather and our needs, and took us to taste the local specialty berry tea. The driver, Master Hu, picked us up and dropped us off at the middle gate of Zhangjiajie Forest Park every day, and set off at any time according to our time. It was very comfortable to chat. Every day, breakfast and dinner are also very delicious. The aunties in the restaurant are also very cute and will give us a little spicy. When the weather is good, they will help us set up dinner outdoors before we return to the B&B. The atmosphere is super good! We were also given roselle tea on the night before leaving. Every day when we leave and come back to see the staff, they will greet us intimately about how the game is, which is super warm, and we also have a good chat with the two owners of the B&B! We are very satisfied with this B&B as a whole. The room is clean and cleaned in time, the service is warm and thoughtful, and we try our best to meet our various needs. The room design and supplies are very tasteful, the mattress is very comfortable, and the bathtub is fully utilized during the days of walking 20,000 steps every day. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with logistics, arranging everything from tickets to transportation, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. The 24/7 attention was impeccable, and the beautiful location and facilities added to the charm of the resort, we got a feeling of Avatar 2.0
One highlight was the great variety offered at breakfast, which we thoroughly enjoyed each morning. Both of the resort’s restaurants served excellent food, adding to our overall dining pleasure.
A special mention goes to the staff members who made our stay exceptional: Johnny and Shan received us warmly on the night we arrived, Cherry and Monica, who not only provided excellent service but also entertained us with their beautiful singing and fun personalities; Pink, who was incredibly helpful, proactive in planning our activities, and quick to resolve any issues

Lastly, big thank you to Mr. Li who took great care of our luggage, ensuring it reached the airport when we couldn't return from Tianmen Mountain in time.
We loved every moment of our stay at Harmona Spa and Resort and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie.

IImeThe hotel's dining experience is unique! The restaurant has an elegant environment and exquisite layout, which makes people feel the unique dining atmosphere. The dishes are not only good in color, fragrance and taste, but also exquisitely arranged. Each dish is like a work of art. The waiter is professional and enthusiastic, patiently answering our questions, and taking care of our needs meticulously. Whether it's breakfast, lunch or dinner, you can taste delicious food, which is unforgettable. On my next trip, I will definitely choose this hotel again and enjoy the food tour!

PPENELOPE KAYI booked this hotel for my mom since my husband and I stayed there a few years ago and had an amazing experience. However, she said that no one would speak to her in any English (when we were there, everyone was very helpful and the manager was foreign).
She also had a bad experience with a massage she booked. She thought she could charge it to the room, but the woman demanded cash, then once she paid, wouldn’t let her out of the room until she gave an extra tip. Apparently that was the only word she said in English the whole time. I’ve never been expected to tip in China, so this seems like they’re taking advantage of foreign guests who may not know better.
The hotel is very conveniently located within walking distance of the national park, but the concierge tried to get her to take a taxi for way too much to a different gate. Luckily, she called me to ask if that was worth it and I told her, “no, don’t take a ¥50 taxi to another gate when you’re less than 1km from one of the main gates.” It just made her start to feel uncomfortable that everyone in the hotel was trying to trick her.
It’s a shame because the hotel is lovely and the breakfast is actually quite good, which my mom said is still the case. But she had a very mixed experience where the hotel was great, but the staff didn’t make her feel well taken care of. Very different from my husband’s and my experience a few years ago.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is easy to find, and it is very close to the landmark gate, just a few minutes' walk away. The places to eat and convenience stores nearby are also very convenient. Here I would like to especially praise the housekeeper Xiao Chen, who is enthusiastic, answers all questions, and responds to all requests without getting tired of it, which adds a lot of points to the hotel. Here I would like to say thank you to the housekeeper Xiao Chen again, thank you for taking care of us in the past two days, thank you!
