The most important thing is that the front desk staff Xiaoyue and Xiaomei have very good service attitudes, are very enthusiastic, and are very dedicated. They are impressive. The boss must give them more salary and bonuses because there are too few such employees. To be honest, I want to recruit them to work in my company with a monthly salary of 10,000 yuan. I just want to ask the boss if he will increase it?

KKazzy travelerEverything you would expect from a five star hotel. I stayed for 5 nights on the 28th floor in July 2024. The huge rooms are well appointed and mostly very quiet- thanks to good double glazing and double thick, rebated doors with seals. It also looks like there are no rooms opposite each other which minimises any hallway noise. The king bed was firm but softer than most that I've had in decades of visiting China. I didn't like that there was only one type of flat pillow in my room. I liked the walls that slide out to separate the bathroom from the bedroom. The shower had excellent water pressure and constant temperature with hot water arriving quickly. Really dark blockout curtains. Fast wifi. breakfast buffet on the 39th floor with mostly western and Asian choices. The machine coffee was average. The extensive view was limited on most of the mornings due to rain and fog. The hotel is directly linked to the Wanda shopping mall, which has Uniqlo, KFC, pizza hut and many restaurants- if you don't feel like paying the exorbitant Marriott food prices. Unfortunately there is no supermarket nearby. Only some mini markets like Lawson.

JJamèsh.I recently stayed during a business trip, and I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel is modern, with everything feeling brand new and well-maintained. The service was impeccable— staffs were friendly and always ready to help. I was pleasantly surprised when they offered me free breakfast, even though my booking didn't include it, which was a nice touch.
After long days of work, the in-house massage center was the perfect way to unwind. The therapists were skilled, and the ambiance was relaxing—definitely worth a visit!
Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

The rooms are elegantly furnished, the quality of the supplies is excellent, and even the aroma is just right. This stay was like a wonderful trip, looking forward to meeting it next time.

There is a washing machine in the room so you can do laundry.
Drying rack and laundry detergent will be provided if you ask the front desk.
There is a microwave, coffee pot, and refrigerator.

However, it is a bit disappointing that the power outlet only supports 11 characters.
There are no round power strips in nearby convenience stores or supermarkets.
There is nothing to rent at the hotel front desk.
Purchase and use gender online through an acquaintance
Be sure to purchase it in advance.
There is a shopping mall right behind the hotel, so eating is no problem.
Convenience stores and supermarkets are nearby, as well as KFC and Starbucks.
There is also a McDonald's a short walk away.

GGuest UserThe location wasn’t bad either. Was it World Plaza? A shopping mall was about a 20-minute walk away, and even after walking just 10 minutes, there were plenty of things around.
However, since it’s a residential area, there aren’t many entertainment options.
Aside from that, the facilities and cleanliness were excellent. Holiday Express Inn is always a good choice.

XXiwangweiguangThe environment is not bad. The room is quite big and clean. The service is good and responsive to all requests. The point is deducted for the air conditioner. I have to complain about this. It can only emit hot air. If the mode is adjusted to 18 degrees Celsius, it will also emit hot air. I asked the customer service and said it does not work. The solution was that in the end it was too hot and I couldn't bear it, so I had to ask the receptionist to bring two electric fans. This problem was solved perfectly.
