The room was clean and tidy, and there were small decorations on the bed that matched the season, which made people feel the attentiveness of the hotel staff. When I returned to my hometown, I stayed at Jiyang Lake Hotel. The front desk manager, Yuanwei Toast, contacted me in advance and asked if I had any requests. I asked for a pillow, and he readily agreed. I arrived at the spacious and sanitary lobby of the hotel, which was luxurious and grand. The rooms were spacious and bright. The breakfast was impeccable, with everything you could think of. After breakfast, I took a walk around the lake of the hotel, accompanied by birds, breathing fresh air, and feeling happy physically and mentally. I lingered there and didn't want to leave once I stayed in Zhangjiagang. I stayed there for five days in a row! I hope my hometown will get better and better, and I hope Jiyang Lake Hotel will get better and better.

The room facilities are very new, and the layout of dry and wet areas is also reasonable. The small problem is that the doors of the toilet and shower room are very close to each other, and they are at right angles, and there is very little space at the door. One door must be closed before the other can be opened. The door of the shower room is not airtight and leaks. The hotel service is very good, and the service staff are very enthusiastic and responsive. There are several buildings in the hotel, and the environment in the garden is also very good, with birds singing and flowers blooming. There are also several hot spring pools. Because it is some distance away from the building of the room, it is more suitable for soaking in spring and autumn when the temperature is more suitable. The hotel has a cooperation with the nearby Maple Forest Camp, and there are many discounts for booking kayaking activities through the hotel.

The hotel environment is clean, refreshing and very good. The surrounding transportation is convenient and there is a large parking lot. The free breakfast was given, but the portion was a bit small and I didn’t feel full. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

The hotel is quite clean, the room space is relatively large, the bathroom is also large, and disposable items are fully equipped. There is a separate restaurant on the 2nd floor for breakfast.
The nearby breakfast shop (steamed bun shop) is also quite famous, and it is quite convenient to eat. In the morning, you can walk to Shazhou Park within 10 minutes to exercise.
The hotel is very close to Yangshe Old Street, which can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. It is very suitable for strolling around the old street in the evening to find food.

GGuest UserClean, spacious and bright, check-in was quick, the room was comfortable, the facilities were convenient, the environment was good, the room was clean, the first choice for check-in, the service was excellent, and the stay was very satisfactory. The dinner HH in the executive lounge has a rich variety of dishes, and the service is even better. The reception desk greeted guests politely by standing up. The service staff Shirlene was very proactive and enthusiastic to ask me what I needed to drink, and introduced the dishes to me very seriously. I accidentally spilled the water while eating, and she patiently helped me clean it up and cared if I was injured. The service was very thoughtful, and the cocktails were also very powerful. The Tequila Sunrise was superb and very good, and it was worth recommending 🤩🤩. The cakes and desserts were all very distinctive, with a dense taste and very good. Christmas 🎄 is coming soon, and the lounge is decorated with a great atmosphere and feeling. This is a happy journey, and I am very satisfied with the most sincere treatment of Zhangjiagang Marriott Hotel! I wish your hotel a prosperous business!

The rooms were spacious and bright, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were complete and clean. The daily buffet breakfast was rich and varied, with fresh ingredients. The hotel is located in the city center, within walking distance of the business district and attractions, and has convenient transportation. It is very cost-effective and will be the first choice for your next trip!

TTatar around the worldIt is located on the 9th floor. The lobby area looks nice, the staff was ok. The breakfast was not bad but they did not write the names of the dishes, I do not eat everything, so for me it was critical. My room was clean but the view out of the window was horrible! Also, it took time to heat up the room with AC.
Overall, the hotel is not bad, located on the pedestrian street, but close to the road, within the walking distance to the main attractions and big shopping mall.
