When I returned to my hometown, I stayed at Jiyang Lake Hotel. The front desk manager, Yuanwei Toast, contacted me in advance and asked if I had any requests. I asked for a pillow, and he readily agreed. I arrived at the spacious and sanitary lobby of the hotel, which was luxurious and grand. The rooms were spacious and bright. The breakfast was impeccable, with everything you could think of. After breakfast, I took a walk around the lake of the hotel, accompanied by birds, breathing fresh air, and feeling happy physically and mentally. I lingered there and didn't want to leave once I stayed in Zhangjiagang. I stayed there for five days in a row! I hope my hometown will get better and better, and I hope Jiyang Lake Hotel will get better and better.

The environment is quite good. Parking is convenient and there are charging stations. The lady at the front desk is pretty and professional, and she speaks very gently. She is a caring housekeeper of Lan Ou Hotel 😁. I recommend noodles for breakfast because I love noodles (haha, but their noodles are really delicious 😋). To be honest, I have stayed in many hotels in the guest rooms, and I can't find any fault with their hygiene. I asked the lady. Because the hotel has only been opened for more than a year, it looks very new and the settings are very complete. Another thing is that the price is super favorable. It costs about three or four hundred in a big city. Okay, I won’t say much. I will come again, haha

Parking is convenient and there are enough parking spaces. Although the hotel is old, it has been renovated and is still quite good, with a good value for money. The breakfast variety is rich, very popular, and a little messy.
The WIFY signal in the room is not good and is interrupted from time to time. The TV signal is not good, and you can only watch one channel-CCTV1. The waiter didn't fix it well.

The person at the front desk called Yu Miao Miao was particularly bad. When I asked her if there was any express delivery, she simply said no. They were all in the security room.
I spent a long time looking for it at the door of the security room on a rainy day, and finally contacted the courier guy. The guy said he would leave it to this person named Yu Miaomiao. The courier guy confronted me on the phone and said he had it. He also said, ”I don't know who you are, and you didn't say your name.”
My original words were to directly ask if the express delivery had arrived. If the front desk was normal, they would ask you if you are a hotel guest? What's the name? Instead of just telling me ”No, go to the security room to find it.” In the final analysis, he just likes to torture disgusting people. It's really unlucky for a hotel to have such a front desk

Clean, sanitary, beautiful environment, very good front desk service, there is a movable small table under the sink in the room, children can pull it out and stand on it to wash, the design is very user-friendly. I have stayed in so many hotels, and this design is rare and considerate. I rented a bicycle from the hotel and took a walk around the nearby wetland. The breakfast is also rich. I will stay here again next time.

She upgraded the room type for free and gave us freshly ground coffee ☕️ It was very good. The room was very good, clean and hygienic. The breakfast the next day was ok, but there was no freshly ground coffee. I will stay here again next time. It is recommended.

The room is very good and the facilities are new. The scenery outside the window is beautiful. The indoor sound insulation is also very good. GGuest UserThe hotel customer service contacted me before check-in and sent me a travel guide on WeChat. We upgraded to a special family room, which is especially suitable for a family of four. There is a 1.8-meter large bed and a 1.35-meter small bed. There is also a small tent in the room as a ”secret base” for children. There are double sinks and a bathtub. The hotel provides disposable bathtub bags, which are fun and hygienic for children to take a bath. There is also a children's playground in the hotel, where the children let off steam and have fun. In the evening, we caught a lot of crabs on the river bank outside the hotel. The children were very happy, and the adults were even happier. The next day we went to dig crabs again, rode bicycles, went around the island to enjoy the beautiful river view, and tasted local specialties on the slow street. In short, it was a very good trip, and I will come again next time!

XXiwangweiguangThe environment is not bad. The room is quite big and clean. The service is good and responsive to all requests. The point is deducted for the air conditioner. I have to complain about this. It can only emit hot air. If the mode is adjusted to 18 degrees Celsius, it will also emit hot air. I asked the customer service and said it does not work. The solution was that in the end it was too hot and I couldn't bear it, so I had to ask the receptionist to bring two electric fans. This problem was solved perfectly.
